Countless services are offered between business and local government, and often the bespoke nature of what is being offered means there isn’t a tailored made booking solution to fit. That’s why we’ve introduced our flexible booking system – a software that allows business and local government to offer ANY type of appointment to suit their needs.

Multiple Appointment Types

The generic booking system can be used for a wide range of services that your organisation may offer with a large proportion of our clients operating at least 20 different appointment types from the individual module.   These range from appointments to talk with advisors on benefits or council tax for councils through to appointments to pay bills or meet with experts on different topics.  In Australia these appointments include inspection appointments for home visits (which can include integration to your property and ratings system to maintain records if needed).    The generic system has also been used to extend on the appointments aspect with cremations and burial slots being booked.

Self arrivals

The booking system includes our self-arrival functionality which helps to reduce the need for front desk staff and allows for those staff to be available to take appointments instead giving you greater resource to meet the needs of your customers.  The self-arrival functionality allows your customers to check in for their appointment directly through the user interface giving their reference and a relevant piece of additional information supplied when booking.  If they are too early or too late the system will advise and direct them accordingly.  If they have arrived as expected then the system will alert the relevant people so that the customer can be collected.
