Emma Powell - Director
Emma has 15 years experience delivering services and support to both the public and private sector working in project management, programme management and system development with a speciality in financial systems and their integration with our own products.
Emma has an extensive background in providing services to the public sector having worked on a variety of central and local government contracts including London Boroughs, City Councils, the Department for Constitutional Affairs and the Department of Trade and Industry.
Emma is a PRINCE2 qualified project manager and ensures the smooth running of projects in Zipporah. Emma's project management and organisational skills are first rate and this has been proved over and over again by the many successful system implementations and the positive feedback received from Zipporah's clients.
Emma continues to ensure that the company holds values of quality, integrity and professional service at the very heart of everything we do.
Scott Burton – Technical Director
Scott is a highly qualified professional and has vast experience in combining technical experience with business needs at the highest levels. For the past 10 years Scott has been heavily involved in the implementation of a wide range of government initiatives.
Scott's academic qualifications, technical background and innovation bring expertise and knowledge when advising the technical team and when dealing with clients with their technical queries or requests. Scott is always available for advice and guidance and is keen to help clients achieve new innovations in delivering transactional services.
Scott’s experience includes implementing the Zipporah product range for a wide range of clients, a full review and forward plan of the roadmap for e-Government as part of his role as a technical consultant to the Local e-Government Standards Body and programme managing the development of the ESCR working with the National Programme for IT (NpfIT).
Gemma Hooper – Sales Executive
Gemma has recently joined Zipporah from a large independent marketing solutions company which has been recognised as a Top 30 Agency for over a decade. Gemma joins Zipporah as part of the newly formed sales and marketing team. Gemma brings experience of running such teams and leading from the front. We look forward to Gemma speaking with you soon!
Paul Griffiths – Technical Architect
Paul is Zipporah’s Technical Architect and his skills and ability to adapt are apparent in every project he works on. Zipporah continually maintain its position by ensuring that our products meet with the evolution of the environments in which we work. Paul's ability to design and develop new projects with state of the art technology ensures that we can continue to provide innovative solutions that delight our clients.
Paul joined Zipporah with experience of working on high level government projects. He has used his .Net and database skills for a variety of clients including HM Customs & Excise (a debt management system) and he has also worked with the PARSOL National Project, delivering a number of integration solutions for their software.
Chris Burton – Project Office Manager
Chris has the necessary experience of running large and small scale projects and teams for both private and public sector organisation. Chris was recruited by Zipporah because of his success in implementing projects meeting all key criteria including timescales, requirements and financial targets.
Chris’s organisational skills are honed from eight years experience of working in a successful utilities based private company with responsibility for 30 internal office staff maintaining a customer base of 220,000 contracts. Chris also gained an insight to the challenges facing local authorities after three years e-government experience in local government working within a large scale project incorporating extensive front and back office transformation across a number of project streams. |
