Emma Powell - Director
Emma has 15 years experience delivering services and support to both the public and private sector working in project management, programme management and system development with a speciality in financial systems and their integration with our own products.
Emma has an extensive background in providing services to the public sector having worked on a variety of central and local government contracts including London Boroughs, City Councils, the Department for Constitutional Affairs and the Department of Trade and Industry.
Emma is a PRINCE2 qualified project manager and ensures the smooth running of projects in Zipporah. Emma's project management and organisational skills are first rate and this has been proved over and over again by the many successful system implementations and the positive feedback received from Zipporah's clients.
Emma continues to ensure that the company holds values of quality, integrity and professional service at the very heart of everything we do.
Scott Burton – Technical Director
Scott is a highly qualified professional and has vast experience in combining technical experience with business needs at the highest levels. For the past 10 years Scott has been heavily involved in the implementation of a wide range of government initiatives.
Scott's academic qualifications, technical background and innovation bring expertise and knowledge when advising the technical team and when dealing with clients with their technical queries or requests. Scott is always available for advice and guidance and is keen to help clients achieve new innovations in delivering transactional services.
Scott’s experience includes implementing the Zipporah product range for a wide range of clients, a full review and forward plan of the roadmap for e-Government as part of his role as a technical consultant to the Local e-Government Standards Body and programme managing the development of the ESCR working with the National Programme for IT (NpfIT).
Jonathan Stewart – Business Development Manager
Jonathan has almost 20 years sales experience working with both public and private sector organisations. Heading up the Business development team Jonathan is responsible for the delivery and expansion of Zipporah’s solutions. The team is responsible for liaising with potential and existing customers, making sure they receive regular updates, information and the highest level of customer service.
Jonathan works closely with our development team to ensure that the client’s views are reflected in the strategy and product roadmaps for our current and new product development in all markets.
Luisa Owen – Project Office Manager
Luisa has experience of delivering IT software solutions to both public and private sector organisations, managing the full project lifecycle, delivering on time and within budget. Having a background in business analysis, Luisa has successfully advised on a variety of process improvements for organisations, where IT has been the key driver towards achieving greater cost-efficiency.
Luisa was recruited by Zipporah because of her experience of engaging with business users to ensure the delivery of a software solution which is streamlined and accurately matched to the requirements of the individual organisation.
Whilst working for the Audit Commission, Luisa gained an insight into the challenges facing local authorities as well having worked on a number of internal IT projects, including the implementation of an e-recruitment system.
