By contacting Zipporah, you are directly requesting to be contacted by the organisation. Your details will only be retained in relation to your enquiry and will not be passed to any third-party.
Zipporah collects information about you through our site in two ways:
1) Mailing List Information:
You may choose to submit your email address via a form located on our website. Your email address may be used to send you news about Zipporah services, products or promotions. We may use one or more service providers to administer these messages, but we do not share your email address. You may unsubscribe to these messages at any point, either through the ‘unsubscribe’ button located on every mail shot you receive or by simply requesting to be removed via email or telephone – the details of which are below.
2) User Experience:
A small tracking code has been placed on Zipporah’s website which enables us to identify the business IP addresses of our visitors. Your details are matched against a business IP address (to a wholly owned global database of businesses and business information), from here we are able to track movements on the page and ensure that we continually improve the visitor experience. We sometimes approach businesses or add them to our mailing lists in the event that we believe they will be interested in our products – if you are added to a mailing list, you can choose to remove yourselves by using the method described above.

We do not share information gathered from our website visitors with anyone; unless said visitor explicitly requests that we do so.
Retention:
Zipporah generally stores information (such as name and email address) until you request to have it removed (via email or telephone, details below) or you unsubscribe from our mailing list, which will automatically remove your details from our systems.
