Zipporah celebrates 13 years of international success as an Australia PTY!
It’s been 13 years since Zipporah went global and created an established PTY in Australia. After visiting local authority conferences and receiving positive feedback from Australian Councils we were sure the Zipporah products would be well received… and we were right!
Our success was driven by the work we carried out with local government in Aus to develop solutions that worked for them – bringing new innovations to the world of local authorities.
Following a positive user group with our dedicated client base we could see just how important the Zipporah solutions were to these councils and where we can make changes to improve the user experience for their citizens. With secret innovations and updates presented to the clients – they were able to see a whole host of new and exciting upgrades coming to their systems in the not-so-distant future. From brand-new user interfaces to the launch of our newest API products!
Zipporah’s innovation is driven by the partnership with our clients that allows them to keep driving their vision and our innovation to meet that vision. The user group gave us the opportunity to showcase some of that vision including new options for document uploads, new integrations with Facebook, Google and Microsoft and new copy features throughout the site all of which were received with excitement. The User group also gave the opportunity for clients to meet director, Emma Powell, in person as she took the opportunity to meet our Australian clients.
Emma Powell commented “It has been a real pleasure to finally get to meet colleagues and customers in Australia. Scott has always talked about the innovation that our Australian customers inspire and I can see why. I have been keen to visit for a while and post pandemic seemed the perfect time as we look to relaunch the system with all the excellent work that has been completed during the pandemic.”
Financial management has always been at the top of the agenda for Zipporah so a key discussion surrounded the topic of the newly updated BPAY integration that is delivering a much more comprehensive and enhanced management of finances. This new approach is removing the dependence on financial system integration to put more control in the system management for credits and refunds to allow greater management by administrators while making finance teams lives a little easier.
Plans were discussed for the next stages including the exciting introduction of a bond matrix to add further automation to bonds. Zipporah will always continue to innovate and evolve to move with the ever-changing rules and regulations of local government and work closely with our clients to create a system that works for both them and their citizens.
We are looking forward to meeting up with our Australian clients in the not so distant future!
