Central Government Pilot Success

Zipporah is pleased to announce the successful completion of a Ministry of Justice pilot project.

Following a lengthy and thorough tendering process, Zipporah was named as the preferred supplier for the Ministry of Justice’s new pilot Scheduling and Listing project for HM Courts and Tribunals. With a very ambitious vision of success in mind, the MOJ (Ministry of Justice) highlighted Zipporah as the only supplier with a solution broad and flexible enough to comprehensively meet every requirement in their specification. Zipporah's Scheduling and Listing solution was praised on a number of occasions throughout the project - by multiple stakeholders - on its versatility. It was the only solution which allowed departments to digitise their processes as they had envisioned. All other options would have resulted in compromise - requiring an adjustment of vision or process to accommodate a less capable or more limited system.

One of the project's key objectives was digitisation and standardisation of a listing tool for the test jurisdiction. The project, spearheaded by Zipporah, saw the automation of the scheduling and listing service; in order to reduce the manual processes currently in place. The three-month pilot assisted in a broader development of vision for the future; by demonstrating potential success that could be enjoyed nationwide by enabling the service to be more reactive to backlogs and simultaneously more proactive in the utilisation of courts.

The pilot served to provide results which can demonstrate the ease of digitisation, improved service provision possible through true transformation and crucially; the savings which can be made through effective online processes.

As well as configuring and delivering an entirely unique solution, Zipporah were required to quickly forge strong partnerships and rapport with multiple stakeholders, create productive work environments, and facilitate the development of problem-solving ideas, while maintaining realistic time-scales and challenging the department when needed. Zipporah's approach was regularly commended, as was the team involved for their resourcefulness, flexibility and commitment to deliver a fit-for-purpose solution. It was said that Zipporah's commitment to developing an understanding and broad knowledge of the services and the deliverables was instrumental to the success of the pilot.
