Coffs Harbour is a city on the Mid North Coast, of New South Wales, Australia, some 200 miles south of Brisbane. It is one of the largest urban centres on the North Coast, serving a population of over 70,000 people. It is sometimes referred to as the Banana-coast, as the economy of the area was once based the export of bananas.
Coffs Harbour sought a council-wide system, able to significantly reduce the burden faced by their workforce and improve efficiencies in their transactions, which were largely offline processes. The challenge for the authority was to find that ‘right fit’, corporate wide solution; able to offer improvements to multiple service areas, such as community facilities, theatres and sports grounds.
Following extensive research and multiple discussions to other authorities in NSW and further afield, they found only one solution which was able to cover all these requirements - Zipporah’s flagship product, Impact+.
