Always making an IMPACT in Harrow Council
Following a successful recycling implementation last year, Zipp
orah was thrilled when Harrow Council reached out to begin the next phase of implementation of the Zipporah Impact solution!
From our very first discussion with the council, it was clear Harrow was keen to find an IT partner to aid them in delivering their vision of creating a fully transactional website and bookings portal for their customers. The Impact solution was the obvious choice for this ‘can do’ council as it allows them to broaden their council wide offerings and enhance their corporate resource management agenda.

The new system uses Harrows Single sign on through our Capita Account system. We were on a strict deadline to deploy the system, Zipporah were very accommodating to our bespoke requirements!

With a tight deadline placed on the project by the council the Zipporah team worked closely with Harrow and their dedicated resources to complete implementation by the strict date and were successful in doing so.
