Going Corporate In Central Bedfordshire

Zipporah has enjoyed the opportunity to work within Central Bedfordshire Council’s Registrar department for many years and pleased that this relationship has developed further by the council trusting the Zipporah system to deliver their wider corporate needs covering a wide range of booking services.

Central Bedfordshire internally reviewed their various booking systems and received demonstrations on a range of booking services leaving the council feeling that Zipporah offered the most flexible opportunities.

Having undertaken early needs analysis for the Impact+ system, the council alonsgide Zipporah, has started the project by implementing generic and events solution modules.The first services to utilise the system will be the newly built assisted living centre All Saints View allowing residents to book bathing suites, mobility scooters, rooms for relatives to stay and the ability to book group activities such as Yoga giving the residents the opportunity to keep active. Access for residents to book onto all these activities will be available via tablets in their rooms with swift easy bookings that are key to the design of the solution.

Alongside group activities at All Saints View the Central Bedfordshire Leisure centres will also be picking up the system, booking group activities and exercise classes both at the centres and for their outbound community activities.

As the system develops and grows within the council, further booking services will be added with more and more of the system's vast array of functions coming into play. Additional integrations will extend upon the already created payments integrations with Capita to deliver end-to-end automation across the council.
