New success in hybrid working for Zipporah!
Capitalising on our recent success with the registration service at the Royal Borough of Kingston-Upon-Thames... News story to follow... Zipporah are pleased to announce that Kingston has adopted our hybrid working solution in aiding them with the return to the office for their staff.
Following a thorough review of the market including piloting and testing different systems, Zipporah were selected by the council as our solution offered the most functionality and flexibility, allowing for evolution in their thinking as hybrid working practices were introduced. Zipporah's innovative solution met Kingston's need to allow for easy management of floorplans with the option to highlight anything, from bookable resources to fire exits, and staff canteens. The solution includes the ability to control room layouts, allocation of desks and use for specific departments. Role allocation can be activated on the system to determine who can access certain areas of the platform; this allows staff to view who has booked a desk and allows for group working as a way of improving workflow and communication as the hybrid scheme increases in popularity.
The interactive floorplan built using Zipporah's new API architecture allows for staff to book a desk for a single day or multiple days in an easy-to-view user interface. Speed of implementation was vital for the success of Royal Borough of Kingston-Upon-Thames with the project going live as planned at the start of September.
"It was clear that an outcome of Covid-19 was going to be an increase in hybrid working and we worked hard during the height of the pandemic to ensure our hot desking module was brought right up to date. Our success with this module is thanks to that hard work, which has allowed us to roll out the system, in a matter of weeks to our clients. Kingston have been a fantastic source of insight and have really taken the project forward another step. We look forward to working with them on the next phase, where no doubt their ideas mixed with our innovation will be of benefit to all our clients."
