Making an IMPACT with Sheffield Council.

Managing multiple sports locations and open spaces can be tricky, especially with a very paper-heavy system in place.

This was the case for Sheffield council who were looking to find a more efficient and sustainable approach to their sports facilities and spaces. For Sheffield, finding Zipporah was part of a soft market test to research the types of systems that would be available to them. It wasn’t long before the benefits of the Zipporah Impact product seen throughout the demos captivated the council and drew them to begin the tender process in July.

With such a time-consuming process already in place, Sheffield required a system to replace their paper methods, one that had the flexibility desired to handle the intricacy of large-scale events, seasonal and school bookings. Sheffield approached Zipporah with a multitude of process flows which Zipporah easily converted to their online presence and allowed for bookings to be completed internally or by the public at any given moment.
