User-group a success at Hammersmith & Fulham Council

User groups are vital to everyone at Zipporah, because users shape solution developments, ensuring that our offerings remain the most fit-for-purpose, versatile and comprehensive options on the market.

Feedback from the event was excellent, and a number of commitments were made by Zipporah, to ensure that we are always listening to our clients and developing our products and solutions. 100% of attendees found the user group useful and said they would attend in future, and two-thirds of attendees left more confident with Zipporah as their solution provider.

Zipporah will continue to provide high quality, annual user-groups, and endeavour to address and improve on topics raised by the user groups, ensuring that attendeed are kept up to date on developments.
