Zipporah Welcomes a New Operations Manager

Zipporah is pleased to announce that we have recruited a new operations manager to join our team helping us deliver more control and efficiency into our delivery processes and working to ensure a closer connection between our projects, technical teams and our clients.  

We welcome Penny Potts to the team who joins us following a 5 month comprehensive recruitment process.  Penny brought exactly the mix of change management and operational control within a dynamic environment that we felt we needed for our delivery approach.  Coupled with a suitable organisation to ensure that our clients needs are clearly identified, documented and confirmed for delivery.

The recruitment of Penny is another step in Zipporah's plans for the future, to ensure that focus is not lost on our current clients even though we continue to grow as an organisation with new types of clients and solutions.

Penny has an extensive background in Software delivery across the public and private sectors with over 20 years of Business and Delivery Operations experience as well as being a CSM accredited Project delivery professional.

Penny is an analytical and detail orientated individual who is passionate about driving customer focussed, quality delivery. With a talent for business change and transformation, she is excited to have joined the Zipporah team and be a part of our growing success as market leaders in the booking and resource management industry.

To ensure that Penny gets to fully understand all our clients and your systems, Penny will be working closely with the account management team over the next couple of months. Penny will focus on getting to know you all and unearthing opportunities for improvement that we can engage with during our forthcoming upgrade processes. This will be an excellent opportunity to engage in the changes for the system and processes and we encourage you to get a meeting booked in when the team make contact to be part of a new evolution in Zipporah.
