Expansion is key in Willoughby City Council

Having worked with Willoughby City Council the last few years we have seen growth and expansion of the Zipporah Au Pty system throughout the council. And 2024 is no different with Zipporah becoming the main corporate booking supplier throughout the entire council. Anything you require booked? It will be through the Zipporah solution! 

Following an extensive exploration of several other suppliers, multiple demos by Zipporahs’ Australian team and a grueling procurement process – Willoughby knew Zipporah was the right system for them to take control of their event and open space resources. 

From food service venues and art centres to green parks and the renowned Zenith Theatre – Willoughby needed a system that could effectively manage events at all these venues, open spaces as well as offering online booking of bespoke courses at their park centres. They needed Zipporah. 

And if a brand-new expansion of their corporate offering wasn’t enough, Willoughby Council will also be receiving an upgrade and extension of the Zipporah sports module alongside the new user interface API for the Zipporah Impact solution that is currently being rolled out to all clients across Australia, New Zealand and UK. 

With a go live date just around the corner in March 2024 – it’s going to be an exciting start to the new year for Willoughby City Council and the continued evolution of this great partnership with a ‘can do’ council and Zipporah Au Pty.
